What we collect

When you fill in the form: name, email, phone, company name, website, your advertising goal and experience.

When you book and pay: the details you enter when booking. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Why and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and suggest the right course (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).

To deliver a booked course and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).

To measure our ads with Meta Pixel and Conversions API – only if you have accepted this in the cookie choice (consent).

Who we share data with

Our web host (One.com), booking service (Cal.com), payment provider (Stripe) and – with consent – Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for ad measurement. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted after 12 months. Purchase records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires (7 years).

Cookies

We do not use marketing cookies without your consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@veratise.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
